Web Summit does not participate in your visa application process in any way. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure you meet all necessary visa requirements for your travel. You must independently complete all steps and provide any required documentation to obtain your visa.

If you need an entry visa in order to attend, volunteer, or exhibit at Web Summit, it is crucial that you begin the visa application process well in advance. Visa applications can take significant time to process, and delays may occur, so you should allocate ample time to complete all necessary procedures and receive your visa before the event.
 

If you have purchased a ticket to attend our event, we can provide you with a confirmation letter. This letter is intended to assist you during your visa application process by serving as proof of your event registration.
