In accordance with our terms and conditions, you are eligible to receive a full refund if you decide to cancel your ticket within 14 days from the date of your original booking.
Please note that we are unable to process any refunds or transfers once this 14-day window has passed, regardless of the outcome of your visa application or any other circumstances that may arise.
If you are unable to attend the event after purchasing your ticket, you can transfer it to another person. You can change the name on your ticket to that of a friend or colleague who would like to attend in your place. This allows you to ensure that your ticket does not go to waste, and someone else can benefit from your purchase.
