As is stated in our terms and conditions, reselling or otherwise transferring your ticket not in accordance with our terms and conditions will result in your ticket being voided.

If you are the order owner of the ticket and can no longer attend Web Summit Rio, you are free to change the name on your ticket to a friend or colleague via your ticket dashboard: https://rio.websummit.com/my/wsr24/login


If you are not the order owner, reach out to the order owner and they can reassign the ticket for you via their inbox.
